Welcome to Studio 2 at Marengo Beach Studios, your beachside retreat set within an established garden that attracts local wildlife and our friendly resident koalas. Just 300m from the pristine Marengo Beach and a short 25-minute walk or 3-minute drive to Apollo Bay township, our self-contained studio offers comfortable accommodation for two. Experience the tranquility of nature and the convenience of coastal living, all while enjoying a cozy getaway tailored to create lasting memories.
Cancellation Policy
Peak Season (Summer holidays, December–January, Easter, public holidays & long weekends) Cancellations 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund Within 14 days: No refund No-shows, early departures & unused nights: No refund Date Changes Not permitted within 30 days of arrival. One change may be approved outside 30 days, subject to availability. Pets Pet fees are non-refundable once confirmed. Extra cleaning or damage caused by pets may incur additional charges. Off-Peak Season (All other dates) Cancellations 7+ days before arrival: Full refund 2–7 days before arrival: 50% refund Within 2 days: No refund No-shows & early departures: No refund Date Changes One complimentary date change up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. Pets Pet fees are refundable if cancelled 14+ days before arrival. Within 14 days, pet fees are non-refundable. General Conditions Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Weather-related cancellations are treated under the same policy unless official road closures prevent access. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs.
